i tried to sign up for the $156 package t.v. phone and cell phone. the problem is that this would increase my bill and i cancelled the the new contract. but as of today 12/14/2018 i still do not have h.b.o or cinemax. i think this is a scam to get people to pay more for your service and if nothing is done i will have to wrie my attorney general office. i have been a great customer who always paid his bill on time for over 20 years and your customer service really sucks. i will want an answer to this problem as soon as possible. thank you {edited for privacy}
