I had a locked account. Agent I chatted with said she would have to un-regisiter online account and I could reregister even though I didn't' remember my registration pin.
when i clicked on line to re register my account it wanted a pin. when I clicked on forgot pin it sent me a temporary 5 digit one. Since the pin required is 4 digits this won't work. unable to live chat because I need an online account. Can I please get this fixed before next payment is due as I need to change card number.
They told me I have to come in the corporate office not local sales stores in order to help
