Verizon disconnected my prepaid phone on Father's Day weekend. No reason. After of being transferred to many unconcerned employees, no answer.  Then I was told possible fraud. That was proved wrong.  After weeks, I was assured I would get a new phone number if I just paid the current monthly charge, which I was more than willing to do.  That rep never called again.  Typical Verizon. 

After they cancelled my phone, they sent a bill for $700 for my land line which was cancelled years ago.  Could Verizon be worse?  That is affecting my credit rating.
