I have been calling every month to get an issue fixed on my account. I traded in 3 phones and confirmed with tracking that is arrived at their docks months ago. Everything month they keep trying to bill me for the third phone because they said they couldn't find it. That tells me someone in their warehouse stole and they want me to pay for it. They also over billed me for a month of $88.88 in which I am still waiting for them to give me that credit back. Every month after an hour on the phone they assure me it will be fixed the next month and it never is. Now after about 6 months, they added an extra $50+ dollars onto my account. I seriously don't understand how verizon went from having top notch customer services back in the day, to one of the worst customer service I have come across. Does anyone have any advice that that helped them with getting their billing straightened out?

I would also be frustrated if I had tracking that showed my devices were received and still had an ongoing billing concern related to that, wjacobs359. Especially when you've spent so much time reaching out regarding this concern. Let's get you the support you need and find a permanent solution.
