iPad A17 pro return

I returned an IPad A17pro and the agents of Verizon say they haven’t received it and  that’s all I’m so so tired of the poo Verizon saying they don’t receive something when I took it to UPS store and lady seen it was heavy and had something in it and they are ones printed the return label for me so Verizon owes me and others refunds for having us send our devices to this facility  I demand answers 

P.S I sent an Apple Watch for trade to same place they say they didnt receive it either should learned my  lesson the first time. Bad Verizon Bad

Well everything is good now they actually received the return and it all was good and I received my refund yay

Well this one is a first for me.  I actually received the refund and all is good now !  They said yesterday that the item did show up  and everything was good and refunded me.  Thank you
