iPhone 12 to 15

I have 3 iPhone 12s on 36 month contracts. I pay 0$ monthly for them, Verizon covers the cost. Verizon also has promos of 13/14/15 “on us with new line or upgrade.” But I can’t upgrade because of my payment plan, even though I pay nothing? 

If I can’t get new phones, that will be the final straw after 19 years, and any recommendations for switching providers and leaving contract is appreciated.
It seems like Verizon does not care about customers, even ones that have been here longer than I
