iPhone Billing

I have just finished paying for my iPhone for the past 24 months.  I messaged Verizon last month to find out if my payment would go back to what I was originally paying once the final payment was made.  They assured me that it would.  When I bought  the iPhone at the Verizon store, the sales person told me the same thing, that my payment would go back to what I was originally paying because I did not change my plan at all.  When I got my bill today, it confirms that my iphone is paid off but my billing hasn’t changed.  I’ve tried to find a number for Verizon but can’t find one.  Can someone suggest how I can get this fixed?  I don’t want to keep paying for my phone!  Thank you.
