when I try to login I get an announcement that I am locked out, and need to reset my password.
when I try change my password you send me a message that you cant help me at this time.
Its been over a week, How am I supposed to login????

I'm trying to log into my account to use my phone again so I can make changes to my delayed departure.
Once again I cannot log into my account and #pmt doesnt work for me to add $.
Whats going on??

I had lots of help from the Verizon community, but the bottom line was Verizon has a problem with opening your USA account while overseas.
At the moment I cant add any money to my account to continue my Travel pass. So its an even more serious problem than I had when I came here.

Yes
verizon is happy to take their monthly fee, but now that I need to refill it for travel #pmt tells me I dont have enough money to make the call and they say they will forward my call, but it fails each time!
