log in error

I cannot log in.  The login box does not show.  Instead, an orange text box pops up saying 

Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time.

I have worked with verizon tech support for several days and they keep repeating the same steps that don't fix the problem.  We have had this problem for 4 weeks.   Same error shows on phone or personal computer.  My daughter can log in at a different location using a different home network.  She also does not need to switch to data mode.

How do I fix the log in error?

I KNOW THE PROBLEM!  Verizon has blocked my IP sector from communication because someone had a problem like a virus or something.   Verizon tech support should have been able to figure that out.  Our internet service provider said they will remove the block in one day and hopefully nobody has a virus or something that will cause Verizon to block our IP sector again.

At least I now know the problem.
