each time I log into the verizon website (usually to pay a bill) I'm accosted by an offer to sign a 2 year contract - and I'll get points (whcih I will never use - ever) - I see no value to this special offer - every time I actually have to talk to a rep, and ask for a way to pay less - they try and up sell me.

This "service" costs way too much.  - I try to manuver the site and get;
