misinformation when signing up

Verizon sales person comes to the house and tells us that for the first year we will not have to pay for our boxes.  Never tells us about any installation charges.  So I get my first bill and wow there are my charges for the boxes and installation charges.  Customer service is just awful  no one helps you.  I feel like we were lied to just to get us to sign up and the worst of all they got our last name wrong.   Can anyone give me suggestions on how to deal with this.  Plus if the TV is not on High def the channels come in small like I'm looking at a 19 inch tv.  Very upsetting - I'm wondering what else they lied about?

Have you called Verizon and spoken to the billing dept?

Do not even bother calling customer service, they will not work with you.  I have been trying to resolve my billing problems for 3 months.  They want your money if you owe it or not.  Join the class action law suite.
