Was told at the beginning of the month that this was taken care of by a financial supervisor of Verizon and now this,they have turned my service off till the same amount I was told was handled is paid, that is messed up this is taking advantage of a disabled person if you ask me.im told one thing but showed a complete other.

I have tried for over a year to get my account corrected and talk to a supervisor. All the want is your maoney, not your questions.
