not able to register in autopay

I am trying to enroll in autopay but unable to do so . Everytime i put my credit card inforamtion and submit its showing "please enter vaild security code" and "account nickname in requied "
I dont have any account nickname for my credit card not sure why its mandtaory .
I have tried multiple times but ne success . Please see the screenshot attached ,
