I recently opted for auto bill pay and want to cancel that pending status. I remember what a total hassle I had switching my service to my new address. Also, discount that was offered for the inconvenience never surfaced. If I had another option in this area I would take it. I will if and when that happens.
Poor customer service and all around PIA

I opted out of auto bill pay, but it says it takes up to 30 days to process!?! I dont' want my very large bill to automatically come out on July 21, 2014. How can I make payement arrangments? It won't let me online? Thanks Jaime
