I am in France, and have travel pass.
All my cellular connections are turned off, so my call are limited to free wifi.
I needed to reload my travel account so I could use my GPS in the next few days.
My computer was off so I used the #pmt to make a payment to my verizon account.
As soon as I pushed the send button I got a message from Travel pass telling me I was charged $10 for the call.
I dont understand why verizon charged me $10 just to call them to add money to my account.
Sounds unethical to me
