I got an online quote for new phone and service and I have a copy of discussion. The store would not accept that and I then called Verizon and they would not accept it either. I have a printed quote but they wont honor it!! I got the new phone with the store telling me that the discounts will catch up to me . They have not and no one at Verizon cares if a representative promises good prices that will not be accepted. Yes, I have a printed copy of being given that good price!!!
