so this all started last nov when i needed my new phones replaced under 6 months. i never got them then i got charged non return fee for phones i never got fast forward to april i believe it was when i got a call from the carrier that they had my phones that they were opened and messed with. i contacted verizon and told them about this. in the mean time i was told over and over that it would be taken care of . in the process they did a buy back on one of the phones and charged me for the balance. i called again ( several calls and several hours waisted) and they siad they would fix it. well i have also been told this over and over agian. last time i was emailing agent lillian, and she assured me she was working with management and getting it fixed and the access surcharges and fees that was charged as well because when they took off charges they didn't do it right so it didnt fix the surcharges and fees that were associated with those amounts and these are months worth plus the promo i had on the phone that had the buy back on that was cancelled so my promo got cancelled and I'm still being charged the phone charge which i shouldnt be. i think i should also get a credit for just dealing with for months and hours and being yelled at, hung up on, and no return calls or emails when i was told i would. i need my stuff fixed asap!

no response from Verizon and still not fixed....this is how things get backed up. because instead of fixing it when its first brought up they ignore till is a bigger issue.
