As a customer for Verizon wireless service for 13 years, I have received "25% account discount" from my monthly bills.
On November 2023, Verizon suddenly removed this discount (~$17.50) from my bill which has increased my bills up to date.
The change of discount was not informed to me via email,alert, or any texts from Verizon. Even, I cannot understand why this discount was suddenly stopped.
Please restore "25% account discount" in my account.
