"Your order is pending" can't do anything

It says my account has an order pending,  I don't recognize the order number at all. SO what even is it?

I've literally been trying to fix this problem for the last two days. I called, messaged, chatted, I WAS EVEN DIRECTED TO DISNEY. JUST LET ME CANCEL DISNEY +

Why does Verizon always need to have someone jump through hoops to do ANYTHING with their account???
