"missing vz_jwt"

From my "Home Offers" under the "Ready to Redeem" section, I click the $100 Verizon Gift Card.

I get a completely blank page that has the text: "{"STATUS":"ERROR", "DETAILS":"missing vz_jwt"}"

I see this is a common problem.  I would like to redeem my offer though - expires 12/8. It's been like this for over a month.

Chat agent unable to resolve with nearly an hour of work. clear cache cookies, uninstall/reinstall app, same requests over and over.  Waste of my time. I'm submitting this because I have begged and pleaded with this chat agent to submit the ticket, and they can't seem to do it. I have a medical appointment for a child and I shouldn't have to waste an hour with a chat agent to get a known issue escalated.

Your issue has been escalated to a Verizon agent. Please check your Private Messenger Inbox for a message from a Verizon Support agent. You can find your Inbox by clicking on your username at the top right corner of this page and then clicking the envelope icon that appears at the top of the menu. Please direct all correspondence concerning your issue to the agents who will be assisting you privately.
