My stepdad was charged over $900 in April due to Verizon not switching his phone line over to an international plan even though the line was supposedly switched over the phone with tech support prior to his trip. Billing offered a full refund and so far only a partial refund was received. There is still $417 missing for the refund. Who do I contact to get this refund back considering its been a few months.
