I wish to commend the excellent repair service provided by your repair technician. When he arrived at my home he went out of his way to solve my problem. I was very happy with his service. I did not get his name, but he was here approx. 9 a.m. My home phone is in White Haven, pa. 18661.
That being said, i cannot commend your 800 service number....service rep. was not well informed about phone issues and i ended up with a supervisor.
