My original Fios account name had a small error where it's missing a space in my first name. The first rep I called ended up deleting my last name altogether. Now my name is even more messed up on the account. I called 3x with three different reps and contacted chat agent desperately many times. Chat agents all say the issue is outside of their area (fine i understand) - I have to call. All the phone agents during business hours keep re-assuring me the issues been resolved. It's been a week. I gave a week for my account name to be corrected... and yet why is my name on the account still wrong?!
How many times do I have to keep spelling my name with "A for apple's" to be super sure????
