We have had a horrible experience attempting to move our services from our old home to the new home. A Verizon rep sold us a plan that we could "move, even with only retaining a home phone" were other services not available. Now verizon will not honor this and has "terminated" our contract. I have the reps name and extension from two years ago but none of the 800 number representatives tell you the same thing. Everyone says something different and now we are being charged a termination fee when that IS NOT what was agreed to or asked for. We can't seem to get anyone who will actually help us.
