returned phone
Over a month ago l filed an insurance claim. For a new phone. I followed the direction on how to return phone and mailed it through my local post office. It was pretty easy since just about three months prior l had to do the same thing g for my sons phone. Followed the same direction return the phone. Case close. Well now I'm getting phone calls and letters from aurion that they haven't received phone. They ask me if l had the numbers on the prepaid envelope. Never thought about writing it down. It wasn't in the direction. I used the same post office and mailed the phone next day of receiving the new phone. Now I'm being asked to pay $300.00 for the phone they say they never received. I need help I've been a Verizon customer for over 15years. Why would l start trying to steal a phone.
