How do I make a claim for a refund for monthly charges for an ipad that I didn't want? When I purchased an iphone 15+ at my local Verizon store, the sales person said I automatically get an Apple ipad 10.2. I said I didn't want an ipad. I'm an older woman who barely knows how to work a phone or computer. The sales person said "But it's free and you may want to give it to your kid or something." So I took the ipad. After a couple months I noticed that I was being charged $104.47 per month. I looked at my account online and saw it was to provide wifi for the ipad -- which I never even took out of the box! I took it back to the store and the manager told me it was too late to return it. He also told me 1) we don’t have a manager at this store; and 2) we told you that you would have to pay for internet service for the ipad. I want to return the ipad (in pristine condition) and I want a refund for all those months of internet for the ipad that I did not use. Will Verizon make this right? Who should I talk to?
