This is ridiculous. I was understanding the of service being down on the 21st. Now it has been down again for another 2 days. This is now 3 days' worth of work I have missed or have had seriously interrupted. Contacted the live chat agent to see about getting a credit to my account for this and they had nothing - told me I had to wait until the billing cycle was over and then "see" if I get credited anything to my account. Shameful. I understand things happen - however you need to take care of your customers. I have had my family on your service for about 15 years now and unfortunately it looks as if I will have to start shopping for a new one.
