First of all, I HATE VERIZON and as soon as I am able, I am changing services to COX. I have already spoken to their Sales person, Emily and she is great! I have paid a total of over $600 to Verizon JUST THIS MONTH and they still disconnected my service today, stating I need to pay $89 more dollars to reinstate service. I gave them a check for auto debit on the 27th. If my service is not on by the time I arrive home at 4:30 this afternoon, I am putting a stop payment on that $300 check and I am calling COX and having them come install tomorrow. I haven't been able to use my "on demand" in months and months, yet I've been paying for it!!
