Cannot sign in to Verizon. Does not even let me put in any information.

How are you trying to sign in, mobile app or website?  What device are you using?

Did you recently switch your service from prepaid to postpaid, or vice versa, or maybe you added some service(s)?  That can break your My Verizon login.

If you're a new customer and tried to register on My Verizon right away, the system might not have refreshed yet to show you are now a customer and you ended up with a guest account instead of a real one, or maybe it's just not letting you do anything until your service is fully activated.  When I signed up (two separate occasions), I used a PC to go to verizon.com > sign in > create new account and it worked for me.  CS has also given this link to others for registering a new Verizon phone number on My Verizon:

https://secure.verizon.com/accessmanager/public/c/reg/start

If you do not have a mobile line with Verizon and it's for Fios , 5G Home Internet, or some other non-text message capable device, you need your User ID to register, or the link provided to you via email when you signed up to register.  I also found this on the PC version of the website:

https://secure.verizon.com/account/register/start
