no other utility or telecom bill i pay charges at all for using a credit card and even when they do it's not upwards of 25% for the privilege. just pass on the credit card transaction fee, its like $1. and no, i know it's not $10. this bullying tactic to force me to use ACH thru my bank is just plain dishonest.
