stuck at "your order is pending"

I recently upgraded to gigabit service. The install happened 2 days ago and I'm up and running. However, I'm now unable to manage my account, place changes or new orders for additional services as the website states:

Your order is pending

Thank you for placing your order.

Your current plan will be updated in about 5 minutes, and you may then place any additional orders.


However, my order should now be complete. Service was installed and everything seems to be in order from my end. It has been giving me this same message the past 2 days. How do I fix this?
