student discount renewal not working

I've been struggling to renew my student discount for months. I have talked to about 10 different agents without success.
I have repeated the steps that they suggested over and over again: go to student discount website -> click Get Started -> Sign In -> check for discount -> sign in to ID.me -> check out
When I log into my ID.me, it gives me "unable to verify discount eligibility" although I have valid student status. I've even reverified just in case.
However, when I check out as a new customer and check for discount eligibility with the same ID me account, it works.
So basically, student discount won't renew for existing customers, so I'm still not getting the discount, although I'm perfectly eligible.
Can someone please please help me. PLEASE

I'm facing the same problems too right now, contacted customer services three times. Get to place a new order and finally got to see discounts at the checkout. But they changed the bill once I placed the new order. I stg I saw the same amount and the discounts when I checked out but nothing is applied right now when I check my bill right now.
