hello, my name is Johnny, I am disabled and bedbound for over 5 long years, after 30+ years of heavy equipment operating, so I am pretty low key, but after been taking advantage of over and over and over, so now I'm up and tired of this treatment. I've started using Verizon for about a year of so for my wife to work at home and care for me at the same time, and I have lifeline on tribal lands in which they call it verizon forward, and ex-military. so all was good for a few months with no problems, had autopay so they would get their money, and then boom my wife says did you see the bill lately, she said it's keeps going up, so i check and sure enough, someone took it on themselves to not include my discounts , so I upgraded to the next level of Internet and they really when crazy, now i have talked to customer service who thought he could say my discount was only 6 months and blah blah, so contacted another customer service pointed out my bill , all you have to do is look what i was paying and with the upgrade change. still not fixed and I guess it all my fault or something at one point i had copies of 4 different amounts for the bill for the same month.. so I feel mistreated and taken advantage of .. does verizon not really care.. lucky I won't live much longer and be done with all of it. thanks Verizon for being like all the rest.
