I just got notified that my credit score dropped by 100+ points and apparently it's because Verizon just put a collections notice on my credit reports for a $125 bill that I never received.... for an account we haven't used in years.... that was a business account, not a personal account.
Has anyone had this happen? The customer service reps are being very unhelpful and claiming they can't do anything about it. It's easy enough to pay this bill but my credit score has been ruined. 😞 😞 😞
