I requested the temporary identification code to be sent to me via my home phone last night. I received the call and the code. However when I tried to enter the code last night around 10pm and a few minutes ago, I received following message.
"Our records indicate that you have not requested a temporary identification code. Please follow the directions above to receive a temporary code from Verizon."
I am stuck. I have the code but Verizon site claimed I never made the request. How should I proceed with this issue?
