We have gotten behind on our payments for our landline phone because of more important things that have come up(ex: new fuel pump for my car and u-joints for our truck) we will pay for the phone service as soon as we have the money but I don't believe that they should have disabled my cell phone access that has nothing to do with Verizon. My cell phone is with Qlink with service through Sprint and Verizon cutting of my service is not only unfair but also unethecial.

Verizon cannot cut off service on another services subscriber. That is very strange.
call Qlink or sprint and find out what is going on.
On looking up Qlink I find itโs a lifeline service. Call your states Public Utilities Commission or Public Service Commission to have them turn it back on.
please note if the device and service is prepaid you must have funds in advance to pay for it.
