the monthly bill

I have switch my internet to fios in December 2018 with price 39.99 plus tax but right now the price is 49.99 plus tax and I have use online chat talk with representative. At first, your agent told me that the price will be modified January but right now, the monthly bill still 49.99 plus tax and your representative told me that they cannot upgrade the rate. If you cannot fix it, then I have to switch to specture in the next month
