Maybe it's time to start filing complaints against verizon with the FCC and better business bureau..if enough people complain maybe they will finally address this issue Notice that the moderators response is the same to everyone ...

I just did. And I suggest everyone having this issue do the same. Here's the FCC web site link where you can file your complaint.

By the way, I wonder how long this will stay up before Verizon removes this post!!
