upset with vacation suspension charge

I'm upset that I got charged for vacation suspension. The agent I chatted with failed to notify me that there are charges associated with suspension. I now have to pay $50.

Originally, I had reached out to cancel my plan since I no longer needed internet for the next 6 months but then the agent suggested that I suspend if I was going to need service again. I agreed to it hearing that. 

But if I had known that I had  to pay for the suspension, I would have just proceeded to cancel my plan. 

I did call back later to cancel the overall plan after seeing the suspension charge. Sadly, I still have to pay up.
