Im very confused, I use my user name to try to sign on yet it wont allow me to. SO I reset my password and it wont allow me to use that. So I have now reset my password 3 times tonight and yet it still wont allow me to enter into my account. Is there a problem with verizon tonight that Im unaware of? I barely ever use my acct as it is and the times I have tried to use it I cant!!! What is magic word or words so I can change how I pay my bill? Using my name and password dont seem to be the correct answers... HELP PLZZZZ
