Hi we received and used our $300 verizon visa card back when we switched to fios in 2014 but then also received a $300 amazon card but we didn't use amazon yet so just kept the card but now we see it needed to be activated yet the means to do that don't seem to exist, the phone number 855-675-6510 isn't verizon's anymore and the amazon support said the card needs to be re-issued so not sure how to proceed.
verizon.com/rewards doesn't prompt for the redemption username/pwd on the 4-digit pin letter we received, and also have the letter the card came attached to with the visa one.
On the physical card itself, it has a 9-digit tracking number, 16-digit amazon serial number, and a covered up claim code. Says the card has no expiration date but in fine print needed to be activated by 8/31/2014, so indeed a new card would need to be issued.
