I have been getting the run around from Verizon Wireless regarding my retiree discount. The discount had been on my account until I went to individual unlimited data plans. I was told at that time that the way in which the discount is applied was being revamped. I went without the discount for a considerable amount of time, but was now told that the discount is available. However, I have not been able to get it back on my account. I have spoken to several agents who tell me they are creating a case, but nothing is done. Please help!!!
