why do i have to pay the same bill 4x

Apparently its cool if companies over

i am autistic, i do the same routine day after day,

i am in college, i know how to count, add, subtract, read and process, and read code my favorite: follow digital payments

i paid last month 3x 450 after verizon claimed to receive only 1 "payment"

this month i created an account just for this purpose.

1st payment removed and  not put back told they couldn't process a payment,

i paid again. i am done...

I tried for 3 months to get a phone.. i finally got one.. i actually tried to get help during this time being kidnapped and the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" agent laughed and said to get sleep.

i followed my payments that are still not in my accounts.. they were accepted and processed.. my account stated it was paid...  and i can't talk so i can't call i can't chat what do i do?

pay 9 grand on a phone that doesn't get service? and what about the "gift card" or the "free tablet" and "free watch" and rebate "guarantied". or is this only for the rich neurotypical world.. or is it just the what?

This company is the absolute worst, this morning they had me pay my bill  4x , yet my phone still did not work, I was thinking the card/payment did not go through NOPE it did they charged me 200 ffin dollars for a bill that's only $45 dollars a month !! Every month after I make a payment I'm forced to call this company because my phone somehow gets disactivated the night my payment has to be made !! This time I didn't realize that this was the problem and made 3 extra payments that were all processed!!! I'm telling you everyone you need to call customer service because you may have money on your account towards your next bill if you made multiple payments and these aaholes at Verizon will try and still make you pay the bill on top of that !!! If my money doesn't get refunded to my card I will be suing Verizon!
