I was with customer care talking on this for more than 30 min but there is no answer except appoligies.
I signed for 2 years price contract and i have penality to break the contract but verizon is breaking the contract on first month itself by increasing equipment charge.
Why verizon is not following contract and forcing customers to follow.
This is not correct increasing price in first month of contract. Can any one has any insite on this.
