I purchased the Verizon 5G Home internet from door sell girl, but from First day box is not working and they charged me $223 without usage.
multiple times I called customer support to send me a returning label. they said every time that I would get a label within the next 5 working days but still have not received the return label.
No one entertains me. I am frustrated and waiting for a resolution.
