Me and my fiancé both work together at a prison in our town. I have called customer "service" 4 or 5 times in the last 2 days without what would be considered REAL help. Her phone (env touch) is having the same problems all the other phones have had. Now my phone is having problems AGAIN too, they both have been powering down, touchscreen clicking in random places, screens going black. I've tried everything customer service wanted me to try. I'm fed up, we're on call 24hrs a day 7 days a week, we can't have these issues. All customer service wants is to send us more of the same phones w the same problems. I have no problem switching BACK to AT&T to solve my problems. Something needs to be corrected or I will have to leave Verizon.
