5 Second Delay when answering and Storm dropping calls?

Hello..my husband is so frustrated talking to my phone that he's about ready to throw it out the window!I have upgraded to the new software and also update my roaming capabilities once a week, *228

When he calls, I have to hit answer several times till it picks up resulting in a 5-10 second delay of me saying hello..

Also, it's losing calls in places I've always had a signal..

Any thoughts?

I would recommend calling tech support to see if they can help you figure out what is causing the problems.
