8130 Outlook Calendar sync

Just got an 8130. Using an enterprise server and Outlook 2007. My Outlook calendar will not snyc to my Blackberry but anything I add on the BB will sync to Outlook. How do I get my Outlook Calendar to Sync to the Blackberry? I have chosen it as my default calendar and it is configured for wireless sync.

Check the setting for your calendar sync


 Options-->Advanced-->Default Services--> Calendar. Ensure that the outlook email is set to default.
