I recently recieved a warranty replacement for my curve. I never did an os upgrade and stuck with 4.2 until my curve began malfunctioning on my old curve i could watch videos from you tube and several other sites and files stored on my media card. When I recieved my new bb it was preloaded with 4.5 os now I keep getting the error "The media being played is of an unsupported format". As i said previously these files worked just fine on the 4.2 os. Can anyone help?
