9550 Storm 2 Skype stopped working & backup Voicemail to PC or USB Drive

Here are my Issues,

 

I have the 9550 Storm 2 :

 

 Skype stopped working. The phone is all upgraded using Blackberry Desktop Software. Even BB Software is updated.

 Skpe just says  Connecting and never connects.

 

 

 We have 30+ valuable Voicemail messages, and we are paying for Visual Voicemail.  We want to backup

to PC or USB Drive.  How can this be done.
